We have one user uses RDP to connect to his PC from home. He also logs into a second PC in a meeting room using a roaming profile. All PCs are Windows 7 SP1 and all screens have the same resolution. His shortcuts keep getting dropped out of his five Fences when he moves between PCs. He’s running v2.13 on both PCs and all settings are the same – even the colour of the Fences.
I've been testing automating the upgrade of Fences using the "/s" switch so my users don't see the upgrade. However whenever I use the silent install feature, it forces a restart after the installation. If I don't use the silent install, no restart is forced. I've tested this on 5 PCs now. Note that these are all upgrades from v2.11 to v2.13 on Windows 7 x64 SP1. <
