Activation Failure After Purchasing Licences

Hi,


We purchased 10 additional licences on 15th May but when we go to activate them we get the following error message -


Activation failure

Please contact support@stardock.com for assistance
as you have hit the max activation count and they
would need to reset it.


I logged ticket with Stardock support on 04-June (WZQ-690-47775) but no reply so far.

I also checked my Stardock account to confirm that the purchase is there and correct.

Any suggestions?
