Does Fences 6 work with Snapdragon?

I would rather buy a license, as opposed to a subscription. Will Fences 5 (able to run on Snapdragon) be available for purchase soon?

I bought a new computer and would like to put Fences 3 on it, but my computer does not recognize that it is loaded. It keeps telling me that my computer must be restarted to finish the upload. Any ideas?
