ModernMix apps dont completely close in Stardock Support General Stardock Forums

So I am using the latest version of Modern mix and most of the time when I use the X to close the app it does not remove it from the taskbar. It still shows there as running, even after it has left the screen. Sometimes they do completely shutdown, but I am not sure what causes a program to close versus stay in the task bar. Issues with 1.15 AMD video/Multi Monitor in ModernMix Stardock Forums

So I have 2 issues with 1.15, first the icons do not leave the task bar when I click on the red X. I unchecked the box, in task bar properties, when I click the upper left corner switch between my recent apps but that seems to have had no effect. If I right click on the title bar and choose close from the menu it leaves the task bar. Second On my second monitor when I scroll or manipulate programs on the primary monitor I see flicker on the
