Some more additional information. I am occasionally getting crashes that don't display any sort of error messages at all, i usually just hear the sound windows makes when something crashes and the game exits. ALso, the game is creating no crash dumps at all in the sins dump folder.

Ok, I am no longer getting the fmod.dll error. However, I am now getting constant runtime errors. Sadly right now the game is fairly unplayable, as in the autosaves simply don't save often enough in combination with my constant crashing for me to be able to actually progress. Every other program on my computer runs fine with absolutely no issues.
Why do you think the fmod.dll file is responsible?
During the crashes when it says so and so has an encountered an unexpected error or something it mentions in the more details section that fmod.dll was at fault.
