Wow.. that was a quit reply. I do however not have the disable button in the menu (see attached picture from this morning). Funny enough I was experimenting a lot yesterday trying to disable via applying a windows background from the windows menu (Right click on desktop->Personalize->Background). It didn't change anything except freezing the background for a few seconds but now... it worked (the freeze still happened but after 10 sec or so I got my normal background back
Is there anyway to disable deskscape? I found post referring to disable in the bottom left option, but it seems like this option was for older versions? I enjoy the program and like to have animated background, but sure like to have the option to disable it.... or at least select a static color as background (new feature maybe?)
