It's funny, I have the right-click -> WinX Context menu functionality on one PC but not on a 2nd. The first PC had Start8 installed when it was running Win8.1 and both Windows and Start8 have been upgraded to 10. The 2nd PC Start10 was installed straight onto Win10.
