Hi again, The problem seemed to be solved, but it came back...it happened again when the computer locks itself :( Aby other hints? I didn’t mention last time but I am using two screens on this computer. Fences are only present on the main one. Don’t know if this is relevant... regards joao

Hi, Thanks for you quick support. I've tried your procedure and it seems to work well. I tried to lock and reboot the machine and now the icons remain inside Fences Best regards Joao
Sorry about my previous post. I did copy/paste of the image instead of attaching it. Could you please delete previous post and use this one instead? Sorry for the inconvenient. Hello, Unfortunately I can't make a video because this problem happens when the computer locks itself or I logoff or reboot. To recap, I organize my icons inside the Fences and when the system goes into standby/logoff/reboot, the icons appear as shown

Dear support, I've recently upgraded Fences to version 3.0.9.11 as suggested by the support since I had W7 and now migrated to W10. Unfortunately, using W10, the icons don't stay inside Fences boxes which is very annoying. Is there a fix/upgrade to solve this problem? Thank you in advance regards Joao
Dear all, I recently upgraded to Fences 3 to be used on Windows 10 and same problem happened to me. Looking forward to read the solution :) regards
Thank you for the support. I did the upgrade to Fences 3 and it seems to hold :) regards Joao
Hello, Thanks for the fast reply. Here your answers: 1) Fences version 2.13 2) Windows 10 version: 1809 OS Build 17763.437 regards Joao
Dear all, I've bought a version of Fences which I was using on Windows 7 and I had recently upgraded to Windows 10. After the upgrade, Fences continued to work but now, every time I reboot the computer, I get fences windows on one screen, empty while all the icons are mixed together on the second screen (without fences). It's like Fences no longer saves the icon positions. Did anyone have this problem? If some, any proposed solution? thank you in advance <
