Correction ...the popup dialog says Fences may not be loaded and you may have to reinstall Tried reinstall with same thing happening

Hi Moving to a new work computer and after tge install completed (with no apparent problem) the Fences app and icon appears on the machine but when I try to run it I get the pop up ... After I click ok I arrive at the Fences control panel where I am able to apply my license key and activate but do not see my snapshots from my old machine (just indicates "Loading") and it doesnt looklike I can create a fence or anything ....please help Thanks, Frank
