Thanks of the suggestion AzDude, I always pay with paypal account, and yes it is a different email address. But, all my other products are listed on my account except for Start 11 Upgrade (within the https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products page). Hi, I upgraded to Windows 11 around 2 weeks ago. During the upgrade, I also upgraded my Start 10 to Start 11, and purchased the new start 11 license. This installed and activated my Start 11. I've been troubleshooting some issues with Pinned items / jump lists with Windows 11 and I removed Start 11 to test. Now trying to reinstall Start 11, I'm being told "Email address is not valid for the product key", even though I can see the key against my order history on
