I have a similar problem, but I'm running Windows 10 w/Start11 v1.1 - primary monitor has taskbar left aligned no matter what setting I use, but secondary monitor has it centred. Secondary monitor is configured as 'side by side' but has a different resolution to primary incase that provides any clues? Anything I can do to fix this? Thanks.
