Hi basj, I was able to upload the file however the Email address we bought these licenses under is no longer available. How do I change our email address?

After entering the key it says it cannot contact the Activation server. Is this going to be resolved soon as I cannot do the alternative method as the address provided redirects me to www.gamestop.com on all computer I try it on.
