Clairvoyance is being developed by Stardock and is a Stardock application at this time but we are creating a dedicated site/community for it as it's not quite an app and is more of a workspace.
Thank you.
Please take a look at the forums here as we are trying to keep the conversation in the app specific forums.
Wait... what? I am completely confused now, as there does not seem to have been any communication on how/where to submit feedback and bug reports, and that forum isn't even on the Stardock TLD. How would I have known anything about that forum?
I've received an email telling me that there has been activity in a topic I posted. When I click the link given in the email to view this activity, I'm taken to a page that says "Access denied". The breadcrumb path is Home > Stardock Software > Clairvoyance. I don't see Clairvoyance anywhere I can get to within this community forum, so I suspect my topic was moved there and Stardock has not made the Clairvoyance category available to the public at large. The topi
Is there a dedicated Clairvoyance forum section? I could not find one. When starting Clairvoyance, I'm getting the following error from the Gemini interface: "Gemini CLI CLI not found. Please install it first." How do I resolve this? Also, if I may, is this new application a replacement for Stardock DesktopGPT, or what's the difference in use cases? Moved to Clairvoyance forum area
I was offered an update to Start11 this morning on the official release channel, if that's what you call it. Installed the update and restarted when prompted. On this side of the update, I'm at version 2.51 and after starting and goofing around in Luxea Pro 7, I have not observed the lag issue initially reported in this thread. Thanks guys. Looks like you got a good fix in place for this one. I noted a couple of fixes in the Read Me for unresponsive taskbar ico
Quoting photmailw, reply 14 Hi, I've also experienced this lag with Start11 v2.5. I upgraded to the 2.51 beta (edit: it's still present in 2.51) but this didn't solve the issue for me. The problem seems to be triggered soon after opening MediaMonkey 2024, which
"Probably"? If you have any higher confidence, then when will that beta go live? Like Penguinix, I also had a Windows update around the same time, but for me, I didn't seem to have any lag issue without first doing something in Luxea Pro 7.
Due to bad experiences with the transition on to and then trying to get back off of Stardock betas, I don't do that.
No lag was ever noticed until 2.5 installed which I believe happened this past weekend (around 2025-01-18 or 19). It started to become obvious that Luxea Pro 7 was running whenever the lag was observed, so by around Monday, I was watching to see when the lag occurred and found the definite correlation to using Luxea. If Luxea is not running, there has never been any lag observed. Thank you for testing with Luxea there. As luck would have it, you're not seeing this
My OD shows Start11 V2 also, so I don't know why I got 1.55, but that's nothing I can answer. As for the license key, making the process easier for your users when installing/uninstalling via OD is a choice. Automatically activating an application installed via another registered, subscription-based Stardock application whose whole purpose seems to be to allow for easy installation of the listed applications seems like a very reasonable expectation. To just say "no" as you
basj, Okay, well that was a lot of frustration. So you know where this is all headed... my license for Start11 originates in my ObjectDesktop subscription. I uninstalled Start11 via OD. Restarted. Oh btw, I made a backup of my Start11 settings before uninstalling. I told the uninstaller to remove all settings, and rebooted when directed to do so. I reinstalled via OD since I have no direct download link to Start11 on the "My Downloads" page yo
I don't know what's doing it, but I've been experiencing periods where, after working in a program for a while, then needing to switch to another that's already running behind the current app or minimized, clicking on the other apps taskbar icon does nothing. So, I'll click it again, because that's what us human chimpanzees do when it doesn't work on the first try. Then I start clicking on other icons, because surely one of those will work better. Then I get frustrated and beat my
I'm unable to determine the root cause of the Explorer crashes by the event log. Will not submit logs as I am unclear what is being transmitted along with the actual error information. TBH, I no longer install betas from Stardock as I've been burned doing that in the past by some unexpected beta-related 'surprise' behaviors, shall we say. Further, I am unclear how the beta channel resolves itself once the official release drops. Does it get replaced by the release ch
Thank you! Mine were set to "Medium". Not sure what is causing intermittent Explorer crashes.

I'm noticing many taskbar restarts (probably Explorer itself) which are happening rather frequently. They seem to happen at random, or at least I can see no rhyme or reason for them. Once restarted, all seems fine, but during the restart, the computer kind of just pauses to figure out what it should do, does it (the restart), then resumes with what I'm doing. Another thing I see is blank taskbar icons. I have a group in Start11 that I "launch entire group" which is w
Hello again, I am asking here, just as what I am asking on BillBlinn, other thread with another issue on the top rows. Just wondering. Please try this, back up your setting, once that is saved. Click on the Reset settings. Restart explorer. Don't restore setting yet, just as a test create a new group. And try delete the top group.
No worries. As a workaround for now, you could create a new group and leave the name blank. Drag this group to the top of the menu. Now you should be able to move icons in the top row of your first group (which is actually now your second group).
Thanks. Huge waste of space, tho. I'll just hope Stardock figures this out; it really can't be that hard. The actual workaround is to put the top row some
djMot, I have spent an hour this morning trying to create your issue on my system by changing settings around an trying different configurations. I was unable to reproduce your issue. If you are willing, export the following registry settings for Start11 and PM me a copy or post the text here. That way I can get the settings on my system the same as you are using, and I will run more tests. Please include the Windows 11 version and

I don't see a Stardock badge on your profile, so I'm not sure why you would ask me to perform a nuclear option and conclude, if it fails to correct the anomaly, that it is "something unique to [my] system".
