Thanks. Too mysterious for me, I found something else.

I have been trying to find documentation for WindowBlinds and cannot find any. I am wondering if WindowBlinds creates themes and visual styles that can be used by people that do not have Windowblinds or anything other software installed. After a great deal of searching it seems that WindowBlinds needs to be running all the time to make a theme work, or users will at least need need wbserv.dll. I assume this is a background service. I tried downloading themes from WinCustomize to test this, bu
