Thanks. Saw another article on lock but thought it was under the Fences Configuration. That solved it.

I have to install the Fence application as an administrator for users. What file or folder needs to be given access to so they can delete the Fences or Folder Portals. They have no "X" to do this and also cannot move on desktop. Windows 10
