I need to restore start11 to a different windows user account. Can you point me to the configuration settings? Setting up all apps in the start menu took some time, most of it optimizing the layout, so it would be nice not to have to go through this again.
New items should be added to Start11 (Windows 10 style) in a new group, not a randomly selected existing one. If this is not possible, they should be placed at the end, not at the start of a group, because this messes up the order inside that very group once they are moves. I mean, just like in Windows 10. It should also be possible to order groups at will. Currently moving one group moves others, too. Start11 seems to try to have the same number of groups in each row.
