Are you able to see if the system tray app is running? There is an issue I am trying to track down where the system tray is locking the database and when the main UI window open, it hangs as it cant reach the database to populate the fields. As a workaround, start the main UI, then the system tray app. I have an update that should reduce the likelihood of this happening but need additional testing to make sure it doesnt cause any other downstream issues.

Thanks for the additional information, the main app is supposed to check every time when it starts that the system tray app is running and if not, tell you to start it with a popup, I need to see if I can reproduce why that's not happening for you. The bandwidth is also odd too as the image shows that bandwidth data is being captured at the app level and even below the graph, it is showing upload/download rates, so something is being correctly captured. For some background, th

ok first thing is to make sure the system tray app is running, the easy way to do this is to click on the Home panel and in the top right corner is a grey ? button. Click that and walk through the tutorial and about halfway through, it will look to see if the try app is running and then prompt to open it if it's not detected.

Restarting the Connection Explorer app or the PC then completely removes any mention of said blocked Process so i can't see that it's blocked anymore, and since it's not in the Firewall tab, i can also not unblock it. I have to do this in the Wind

Most likely $20USD per year is the expectation right now based on the cost analysis for the uptime of the sever + ai tokens that are included for lookups.

That's not expected at all, did you have a previous build installed? Also, is the OS in English or another language? If you go to C:\Users\brad\AppData\Local\Stardock\ConnectionExplorer (replace Brad with your account name) there is a debug log, if you can DM me any errors you see in there, that would be appreciated.

It will become a standalone likely next month-ish depending how quickly translations take to implement across the UI. However, it will be an annual subscription (we don't do monthly) as the IP data lookup for location plotting is not free and we update that database frequently for accuracy.

In the current build you cannot differentiate between the capture points, however, this looks like an easy-ish add and can likely get it in a future release.

My license and key is for 5 devices and is lifetime and that same PC is the one I am trying to fix. The list under that license includes this same PC. [quote who="BuckoA512" reply="18" id="3985559"] Tried this program out yesterday as it looked useful and interesting, it seemed to work yesterday, showing the various places my apps were connecting to, but when I loaded it today, no connections at all. "total connections - 0", nothing on the map at all. Weirdly on "Network Dashboard" it shows upload and download but still thinks there are zero connections, so I'm not sure how it can be uploading/downloading if there are zero connec
