We have rolled back the change that we believe was causing this issue, download speeds will be reduced again until we identify the exact cause why some were getting faster downloads and others it was failing halfway through the process.

Are you all still seeing the stuck download, there was a DNS issues earlier (it's always DNS) but we believe that is now mostly resolved. As for speed, we are working on making improvements - it's always a more complex process than it sounds but today was the first change towards a faster future.
