The tabbed docks are useful in collapsing a lot of individual icons into a smaller organized space. However if a user has several tabbed docks for seldom used programs it can be slightly inconvenient to examine which one is needed each time. If an optional title was added the user could quickly identify the dock needed at a single glance (this would be similar to Fences, but with the tabbed docks instead of individual icons). I subsequently found it on the modern interface start page (I had been looking in the traditional Start/Control Panel/Programs and Features list). I'm a committed desktop workstation guy and with Start8 installed I rarely visit the so-called "modern" side and its mishmash of 1000 colorful toys. But that's the only place it showed up after installation.
Something is missing here. I downloaded and installed the Object Desktop Manager (twice) on Windows 8. When setup completes the ODM launches and can be used. But it doesn't register itself in Windows as a program or application, and it doesn't even list itself as an installed app in its own list of installed Stardock apps. Once it is closed there seems to be no way to open it again except to find the setup file and execute that. Surely there should be som
