I'm having the same problem.

On my machine, the Stardock wallpapers are located at \Windows\Program Files (x86)\Stardock\Decor8\Walls. You will want your files to be .jpg and approximately 3840x1440 in size.

I'm seeing some performance issues on my Surface Pro tablet. When plugged in, the parallax scrolling works fine. When I unplug the computer, scrolling becomes choppy. I have my computer set to switch to power saver profile when on battery and high performance when plugged in. I've verified that if I switch profiles while on battery, the issues goes away (but so does my battery). Does Decor8 use different scrolling than the default windows 8? &n
