I can confirm that StartAllBack and Spacedesk work together without any issues, it's only when Start11 is active with both of them that the empty tabs appear, and if I disable StartAllBack or Spacedesk then they don't appear. I can recreate the empty tabs by connecting another screen with Spacedesk, and then the 3 empty tabs appear, and they stack up by an additional 3 by reconnecting the screen again. Start11 + StartAllBack + Spacedesk = Empty Taskbar Tabs in Start Menu Products Stardock Forums

It seems that when all 3 programmes are active, and a secondary screen is connected then 3 empty tabs appear on the taskbar. It doesn't happen if StartAllBack or Spacedesk are enabled separately, only if they are both enabled it happens. Basj is right, StartAllBack does conflict with Start11, the question is whether it can be resolved or will I need to ask for a refund. Although the Windows 10 start menu is amazing, the hassle of closing the blank tabs just makes it not worth it.
