So how do I determine what the product key is on the working computer so I can use the other one that shows up on my list of purchased product keys?

I have a number of Start 10 keys, enough for my two computers. One of my computers crashed and I have to reinstall everything. Problem is, I don't remember which key is on the working computer, and which key was on the crashed computer. Since the crashed computer's star 10 program and info is no longer available I am unable to deactivate it. So what do I do now. P.S. referring this to the support people is an extra step. I don't like this self help stuff. Almost makes me want not to b
