When having a folder portal that links to an online folder on BOX, i frequently get this issue: On closing an MS word 365 document, it re-opens a Windows file download box giving me the option to open/save/cancel the file. No matter what option i chose, fences crashes and my desktop (windows 11) reverts to its non-fences running state. If i re-open fences, it immediately re-opens the windows file download.
