[quote who="Neil Banfield" reply="2" id="3766114"] This is a known bug in the later versions of Windows 10. Basically Microsoft messed up and it impacts a number of applications. It seems they have little desire to fix it in a timely manner though. There is a workaround however. Follow the instructions here : https://forums.stardock.com/496396/ge

Windows 10 MSRA used to work with Start 10. I fixed it. Apparently the latest version of Auslogics11 was removing the files whenever I scanned my computer. I added C:\ProgramData\Stardock\Start10 to the ignore list and have not had any issues.
I was just prompted again to activate the software. Prior to activating this time I checked <span style="display: inline !important; float: none; background-color: #fdfdfd; color: #000000; font-family: 'Segoe UI',Arial,Sans-Serif; font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: left; text-decoration: none; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; white-space: normal; word-spa
Yes.... it did NOT fix the issue. Why am I continually getting prompted to re-activate Start10 upon computer boot up?
I didn't say I was getting any errors. I stated that every couple of days I am prompted to enter the activation code. I enter the code, all is well for a few days and then I get prompted again. How do I stop this?
Start10 keeps prompting me for an activation code every couple of days. Why? My copy is a registered copy that I paid for. How do I fix this?

I checked out the instructions from the link you provided: Error 212 </s
Now I am also getting the following pop up. This all seems to have started with the latest Start10 update.
When I'm prompted what? Where?

Nevermind. I found a configuration setting within Start 10 to use IE Favorites as opposed to Edge. Once I configured that setting my favorites now appear.
I'm sorry. I am not following. Paste it where? How do I tell Start 10 to see my FAVORITES under My User Name / Favorites?
Ok, I ran the purge and re-installed Start 10. When I click on Favorites now nothing is there?
Product: Start 10 purchased directly from Stardock
Almost every other time that I launch Windows 10 I get prompted to enter or purchase a product key. I enter my product key and the same thing happens the next time I launch Windows 10. The product key I enter is not used on any other of my computers. <span style="display: inline !important; float: none; background-color: transparent; color: #000000; font-family: 'Segoe UI',Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: 400; let
Windows 10 Menu is no longer showing on Start menu. Prior to yesterday the Windows 10 menu icon showed up on Start10 menu which when clicked on brought up the Windows 10 tiles. However, it's no longer there today. How do I get it back? The highlight below is missing <span style="font-size:
It appears that Win10's Edge location of FAVORITES is different than previous OS's. Previous locations was C:\Users/[username]/Favorites. This location still shows the favorites if one uses IE. However, the Edge browser looks here for FAVORITES C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.MicrosoftEdge_8wekyb3d8bbwe\AC\MicrosoftEdge\User\Default So once I copied my favs from C:\Users/[username]/Favorites to C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Pa
I've included FAVORITES in the menu however when clicked on it shows no Favorites. If I go into the Windows 10 side I can see my Favorites. How do I get Start 10 to my Favorites from FAVORITES?
