I believe there's some conflicting functionality between Fences' "Quick-hide" and Deskscapes' "Desktop icon transparency". If you Quick-hide Fences while a Deskscapes .dream is active, you'll see that all of the non-folder portal icons do not become hidden as they should and normally would. If you deactivate the .dream and revert to a standard wallpaper, Quick-hide hides those same non-folder portal icons correctly. Support Ticket Submitted.

I've found a workaround. 1. Connect the second monitor and restore a desired snapshot. 2. Tick the "Preserve my desktop layout by scaling my fences" radio box under "Layout & snapping". 3. Take a new snapshot. 4. Disconnect the second monitor. Restore the snapshot just taken, if necessary. Given the present circumstance, I don't see why layout preservation via resolution scaling, or the lack thereof, should have made any d

Can't speak for the OP obviously, but by prior layout, what I mean is the layout that I had just prior to hitting the restore button, as in the layout I want to get rid of. The layout is neither the default nor one that I had saved. See below... I can open the .xml files associated with the snapshots and see all the string data. They don't seem corrupt to me. After tinkering with this some more, I believe I understand what's happening, in my ca

Just tried the purge procedure and reinstalled with 3.08.1. No change. Snapshots still don't restore, and the malfunction occurs just as the OP described ("it reverts back to the prior layout in under a second").

I have the same problem. I cannot restore snapshots. Snapshots are essentially broken for me right now. Honestly, they've been broken for a long time, perhaps since 3.0 was first released. I've never really had the time to deal with or mention it before, but this has really been starting to bug me lately. You've got three different people reporting this same problem. I think that's significant enough to consider this a bona fide issue. Please act

Basically, I have a folder portal fence where icons are displayed in List View. I'll resize the icons using Ctrl + mouse scroll to the size I want them, but then after every reboot, I have to re-size them again because Fences didn't properly record or reference the icon size I set them to prior to rebooting. Fix this please? Windows 10 Pro x64 Fences 3.01

I adjusted my horizontal and vertical icon spacing using the two relevant values located in "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop\WindowMetrics". Inside my folder portal fences, the icons all look like I'd expect them to: Inside all my other fences, however, I have icons that look like this: <img src="http://imgh.us/Image_042.png" alt="" width="311" h
