It happened again today about 20 minutes ago - Start11 update reminder minimized fullscreen League of Legends.

It was League of Legends in fullscreen mode (not borderless). It happened only once and I was still on version 1.2 at the time.

UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR. Please fix immediately.

I can't seem to find anywhere to request features, so I'll do it here. I used to use "7+ Taskbar Tweaker" on Windows 10 and it has a Mouse wheel option "Cycle between taskbar buttons", also "Skip minimized windows". It basically lets scroll through open apps while hovering over taskbar buttons. Whew, I finally activated it, real pain in the *** [e digicons]:S[/e] . I think you should make SDActivate.exe request elevated permissions, and when just logging in to your account to activate, restart fences and ask for elevated permissions. I tried starting Fences.exe with right click > Run as administrator, and when I simply login, Fences doesn't get activated. I'm having a similar problem. After purchasing Fences, I couldn't activate it even after an uninstall, install, reboot - Can't write product activation. I filled a support ticket 2 days ago, no response. And now, after I have tried uninstall, reboot, install, it says maximum activations reached. This is really confusing, could someone please help?
