Start11 feature request

I can't seem to find anywhere to request features, so I'll do it here.

I used to use "7+ Taskbar Tweaker" on Windows 10 and it has a Mouse wheel option "Cycle between taskbar buttons", also "Skip minimized windows". It basically lets scroll through open apps while hovering over taskbar buttons.

It also has an option "Control volume when mouse over the notification area", which allows changing volume with the mouse wheel while hovering over tray icons.

Would love to see these two things in Start11 and they shouldn't be hard to implement.

Another unrelated question: Is there some deep technical reason why the Windows 11 start button cannot be centered when "Let Start11 enchance the taskbar" is on? After using standard Windows 11 for a couple of months I've grown to love it in the center and I really don't like it being on the left again.
