Im suffering with this at the moment too on another stardock product. They seem to think that people dont wipe their pcs regularly and hit this kind of problem when clearly they do!! We have such crappy software in windows that we need to wipe regularly / malware etc. I think its disgusting that I have to wait a week and still no solution to getting my activations reset. NOT EVERYONE RIPS OFF SOFTWARE - WHY TREAT GENUINE PEOPLE WHO PAY FOR PRODUCTS LIKE THIS!!!
