I'm well aware of the Sandbox meaning. I'm not exactly a beginner since I use Windows from version 1, 30 years ago. I've used all Windows versions. And I don't use other programs interacting with the taskbar. Or even Windows tweakers! I also use Fences and Start from the first versions. So, as already said, I'll wait for an update correcting all bugs. Thanks again!

For me, as long as the Start 11 icon is visible, the program is running. More important: After booting this morning, the problem reappeared: no taskbar at all! So, I uninstalled the program one more

Hello, Since the update to 2.56, I have my active windows reduced at the bottom by the height of my taskbar. And that on my 3 monitors. The taskbar is set to hide automatically.

I see Fences reacts exactly like it did before but it wasn't the case anymore for me when I was working with a different monitors configuration during my travel. It seems to work fine since I'm back home ! Curious ! Thanks anyway !

In Fences 6, reordering icons by dragging them between 2 other icons doesn't work well ! The icons are not placed at the chosen position or are not displaced at all ! This worked well before since Fences 3.

I'm using Fences 4.21 on Windows 11. After an OS update (version 23H2, build 22631.2861), I don't see the "Configure Fences" on my desktop when right-clicking. I have to double-click the Fences link I (happily) created on my desktop. What' happening?

I design .ttf fonts When I try to set one font of mine (working well in Office) as title for the fences, I got a message "You can only use TrueType fonts..." Do you have a clue to this problem?

So, I insist: as I solved the problem, the meaning of my post was just to make you aware of this problem so your programmers are able to correct it. It's not the medication that is the most important, it's to find the cause of the disease! Let's end this discussion.

OK! The answer on my problem is of the same level to the answers to my Fences question: "We cannot help you". As you ask for my advice, I should question your programmers about this problem. At least, with my poor knowledge, I was able to find a solution. I was just exposing the problem, believing seriously that your program was the culprit on this matter and to help your developers. If you don't understand that, "tant pis" as we say in French.

Hello, My Windows 10 version is 1903 (18362.295) The version of Start 10 I installed after uninstallation must be 1.71b as the setup file mentions. I'm not sure what you mean by asking a screenshot of the missing icons! ??? I wouldn't dream to take a screenshot of the missing icons! It would mean my system is broken for the 3rd time! Hello, The first time I upgraded to version 1.75 of Start 10, I experienced a lost of all my taskbar icons (except clock). I had to go through very difficult tricks found on the web to make them reappear. Since then, it worked fine. Yesterday, I experienced the same odd problem: no icons. The tricks I used last time didn't resolve this problem. Even the uninstallation of Start 10 (I was suspecting the problem was caused by this program) didn't resolve it!
