Configure Fences disapeared

I'm using Fences 4.21 on Windows 11.

After an OS update (version 23H2, build 22631.2861), I don't see the "Configure Fences" on my desktop when right-clicking.

I have to double-click the Fences link I (happily) created on my desktop.

What' happening?
