Having the same problem and I'm running Win8. REALLY slows the system down and has a lot of crashes. Sent in support ticket but no response. I was using Fences for a long time and became a fan. Glad I've been using the Fences 2 Trial and haven't paid for it yet. I'm sure they have been getting a lot of messages on this...
