I am using Windows 11 on a Lenovo X1. This problem started about a month ago but I can't put a finger on when. I attribute the problem to Fences since nothing else is frozen, just the Fences desktop. I can run other programs on other windows or from the search and taskbars.
My desktop freezes at times. I am unable to click on any of the desktop icons to launch an app or execute a shortcut. However, the search bar and task bar are still active. After a minute or so, the desktop unfreezes and I can proceed as normal.
I reinstalled Fences under Win10. I am unable to click on the box "Enter Product Key." The box changes color when I hover over it but it is non-reactive. The other buttons ("Purchase Product Key" and "Continue 30 Day Trial) work however. Please help, Marc
