i have tried almost all. but the folder background just wont change. is it a option unavailable in windows blinds 10 or am i doing it wrong?

i have ordered WindowBlinds and they gave me an order Id so i thought these guys will be taking a day time maybe to generate a key or something. but atleast anEmail will help me . I can't find anything in my Order History.why is that? and HOW MANY DAYS WILL THSE PEOPLE GENERALLY TAKE INORDER TO APPROVE A PURCHASE AND ACT ON IT?
