For problems with activation pertaining to a trial version, unfortunately, we do not currently have have an offline activation system in place. In lieu of being able to experience the trial, if you purchase the product (which does have an offline activation method if that is required), and it does not meet your needs, we will refund it. Sorry to hear you are having trouble. First, you are going to want to make sure you have MP installed on all the machine you want to use MP with. For Seamless connections, you are going to want to make sure you can see the monitors of the Primary and Secondary (on the same desk). The startup impact of having the MP service active is very very minimal. Does this happen with incognito Chrome instances? If it is random, it may take some time to see, however, I (personally) would like to see if an extension you have is causing an issue.
After looking at our logs, seems your issue is resolved.

There is not an MSI option for Fences. That said, there are things we can provide to help with a deployment (silent install options for example).
