Bit of a necro, but thanks for the Winstep link. I, too, bought OD back in the day because I thought it was going to be actively developed, not abandoned and this Winstep looks to be the next 'step' in this type of dock's evolution.

I think the silence here speaks volumes. It's going on like 4 years without an update (the last of which was negligible) when it still has a few issues (main one for me is it will NOT stay on top of other windows : You'll notice the free sTabLauncher on the right does this as expected. Another issue is that you have to click on each tab manually to check what is on that tab when it should be a hover-state action. A simple

I'm a longtime Objectdock user. My current version is 2.10 and I see that I now have to pay a subscription to get the new version? Considering how stagnant Objectdock has been over the years, what exactly am I getting for this new subscription cost?
Ah, thanks! Sorry for coming off a little harsh, my bad. I did find where to speed it up and also how to have the tab you've first moused over to grab focus, so that's great. The only tweak that would make it 100% is to have tabs grab focus when you hover your mouse over them to check for programs (rather than having to click on each tab to see it's contents). I've used sTabLauncher for years, but bought Object Dock hoping it would be at least as good because I love the sidebar launcher. Wrong. The Tabbed Dock is SLOW!. It also does not change state on mouse-over. These are criticle ommisions. sTabLauncher changes tabs when you hover your mouse over each one. You don't know how convenient this is until you don't have it. Also, the Tabbed Dock has no settings for how quickly it reacts, hides or s
