Hello,

I purchased Object Desktop on September 13, 2018, order #4251517.
Fences 3 was included in that purchase and is still activated on my computer.

I would now like to upgrade to Fences 6, preferably with a permanent / non-subscription license.
Could you please confirm whether my old Object Desktop purchase qualifies for an upgrade discount and, if so, how I can purchase it?

My old purchase was associated with the email address removed

my existing adress is: removed

Sorry to hear you are having issues. For account request, please raise support ticket using the link below, use the "Ask a Question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
