As instructed, I filed a ticket with Support. They successfully resolved the issue, and the OD app now shows that my subscription is current.

My annual renewal for OD was charged automatically in March of this year. I can log in to my account and see the payment invoice, showing that I'm covered until March 2026. However, the OD app continues to indicate that I need to renew my OD license, saying that it's expired. Any thoughts on how to correct this?
I worked with Support and they extended my subscription to the full 30 days from when I received the email.

On 12/28/2020 I received an email stating that my Object Desktop membership will expire in 30 days. However, when I checked my account today (1/18/2021), it shows my Object Desktop membership has expired. I was planning to grab the latest downloads while I decide whether to renew or not. Is there any way to reactivate my membership until 1/27/21?
