[/quote]Object Dock may well be the cause of your issue. It's not fully supported , as mentioned above, for Windows 10 & 11 and it is known to cause a number of issues for some users.

I have the same issue with Winrar too. Excluding Winrar from skinning in the "Per application" list solves the problem. My task manager seem to work as intended.
