Windowblinds has that feature and can minimize to tray, but unfortunately it doesn't work for all windows/apps.
Can you check if you by any chance have desktop pages enabled?

[/quote]Copy the folder with your backed up skins over to new machine into C:\Users\Public\Documents\Stardock\Windowblinds before you install Windowblinds on the new machine is the safest way to avoid conflicts.
Yes, that should work. I have done that several times. After you have copied the Windowblinds folder to the new machine, you should click the cogwheel in the upper right of the WB config screen a click the "Rebuild list"
You will need Start11 to skin the start menu.

Most of vampothika's wallpapers to match her wb's are included in the zip-file when you download from the windowblinds gallery.

Noone come near Azdude with more than 10.000 uploads. Sed has close to 3.000. And there are many others with more like RedneckDude with almost 1.700 uploads. Categories? No idea how to look that up.

Juast a long shot, but have any of you tried to go into settings and change the code for the location like you would do with any new downloaded skin? Weather.com and/or others may have changed their codes for locations in the US.
