You need to be logged in with the same email you made the purchase. Debes iniciar sesión con el mismo correo electrónico con el que realizaste la compra.

One reason for that to happen is if you are using Windowblinds. You have to enable "Always use the OS Start button rather than the style one" in Windowblinds settings.

This is a wb Andrew (neone6) made for me a while back called Neurosis that I use quite frequently. This version is heavily modified with a different taskbar, new buttons all around and some changes to the start menu & recolored. Rainmeter by adni18 & xenium-ART. Wall by me.

Unless you have saved the installer for an older version, you can not(have you checked your downloads as suggested above ?). Only the latest versions of all Stardock products are available for download.

It should show 11.07, so something must have gone wrong when updating. Apply the default Windows theme and uninstall Windowblinds. Reboot. Go here C:\Program Files (x86)\Stardock\ and delete the Windowblinds folder. Download Windowblinds from your account page https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products and install Windowblinds. This is what the about screen should now look
