Noone come near Azdude with more than 10.000 uploads. Sed has close to 3.000. And there are many others with more like RedneckDude with almost 1.700 uploads. Categories? No idea how to look that up.

Juast a long shot, but have any of you tried to go into settings and change the code for the location like you would do with any new downloaded skin? Weather.com and/or others may have changed their codes for locations in the US.
I have asked around in the RM community by PM to some experienced skinners and hopefully I can update you with some news shortly. Stay tuned.
Fences Pro, released in 2009, is not compatible and will not work with Windows 11. I don't think it was compatible with Windows 10 either.

You're right in your assumption that more apps don't skin because the way they are designed by their developers. Notepad however, should work as before, so could you please post a screenshot so we can see your issue. Does the black area in notepad appear with all windowblinds?

One thing to keep in mind though, is that the more themes you have installed, the longer the config screen takes to load.
The Blade Runner game was pretty cool too. The game had different endings depending on the choices you made playing. I loved it and still have the game's 4CD box.
