You can left click and drag the folder and before you drop it on the desktop, press Ctrl+Shift.

To be able to help you, we need to know the version of your Windows (use winver.exe) and the version of Fences. It would also be very helpful if you can provide a screenshot.

There might be a number of reasons. Have you tried a different browser? You could also try to open a private / incognito tab in case there is a browser add-on that is blocking the access.
