You can download it from Microsft if you go to Windows Update Catalog (which is part of Windows Update). There you can also download any update to your hard drive to install later.

I have used both PC's and Apple's. I used to love the Mac's (even an Apple certified technician). However after waiting forever for Copeland (Vaporware, and the disappointed of System 7.5.x I finally switched over to a PC. System 7.5.x was the biggest piece of junk. Crashed all the time.
