To add to the above. I have tried with Revo uninstaller and it cannot find Fences to uninstall it but it is there and working.

Hello, I have just upgraded to Windows 10 and after doing so I lost the ability to drag and drop any files on my desktop. I have tried to uninstall Fences (I have v1.1.0.419 installed) but whilst it disappears from the list in the uninstall programs screen it is still in the list on the start menu and is still working on my desktop. I am trying to uninstall it so I can see if it is this that is causing my inability to drag and drop onto and from my desktop. I have bought Fences 2 and
