Since there seems to be no dedicated forum section for Tiles I will post my question/suggestion here... Lets say I add a folder shortcut to my tile. Is there a way to navigate into the folder while staying within the tile (similar to the way Fences behaves)? Thank you.

Hello, I created several Folder Portals on my desktop. Each folder portal shows as a "Fence" or window that shows all the icons. I would rather have a shortcut that I can click that pops up the Folder Portal or a way to minimize the Portal such that it looks like a folder/icon and then I can just double click it to open. I finally figured out how to fix it. I re-installed WindowBlinds and selected the "Default" Windows 8 theme again this time paying more attention. I noticed that there were different "themes" or variations which I hadn't noticed before. I selected the "Aero" variation and when I applied the theme it worked. Hello All, I used Window Blinds to apply a theme to my Win 8.1 Pro computer. I didn't like the theme so I clicked the "default" theme to restore things back to the way they were. The problem is, some things that were modified were not reverted back to the way it looked before applying the theme. Hello All, I didn't know where to post this because there isn't a forum for IconPackager so I chose here.... I used IconPackager to apply an icon package that I downloaded from the web. It changed my Windows icons but I also have several folders/shortcuts on my desktop and in other folders that have custom icons that I set from .ICO files. Hello All, I formatted and re-installed a fresh version of Windows 8.1 Pro on my home PC earlier today. The PC had Start8 installed on it prior to formatting (I did not uninstall it, it was just wiped away by the format/fresh install). I have lot's of custom Start8 button images that I keep in my "Desktop" folder and I frequently change the button image to give it a fresh new look. Awww.. I like to use the start menu in the "Large" mode. I am kinda bummed because I didn't realize Launch8 only worked on the Windows 8 start menu. I just thought it was the latest version of Object Dock. :( I submitted a request to Stardock to ask them if they would refund my purchases and apply the $4.99 credit to Object Dock. Hello All, I have a Windows 8.1 machine and I am running Start8. I just purchased/downloaded/installed Launch8 but it's not starting. Well, actually it starts then goes away after like 1/2 a second. Hello All! I have a slight issue with my Start8 screen. I currently have Start8 set to show a "Large" start menu using "Windows 8 style." I have created several groups to organize my start menu icons. The issue I am seeing is that for some reason the very last icon in a group doesn't go below the 2nd to last icon. Instead it makes a whole new column. So instead of my group looking square it looks like a square with an icon sticking out to the side.<

I have Windows 8 and I am using both Start8 and WindowBlinds 8. Whenever I am using a theme from WindowBlinds I cannot change the Start Button image using the Start8 control panel. (All options are grayed out.) Is the WindowBlinds theme forcing the image thus not allowing me to change it in Start8? It looks like Object Desktop is currently a Windows 7 program, however I have Windows 8. If I buy Object Desktop now and they come out with an Object Desktop for Windows 8 will I be able to download it? Also, if I buy Object Desktop will it come with Window Blinds 8 or 7?
When I first click the Start8 button it shows "Apps". Then when I right-click and select "All apps" it shows only the contents of "Start". Isn't this backwards? I thought when first clicking the Start button it would show the "Start" menu. Thanks!

So I was thinking, wouldn't it be great if the folks at Stardock could take the concept of Fences grouping and add it to Start8. It would be awesome if you could group the items in the Start8 menu the same way Fences allows you to group icons (not just columns like it is currently). Thanks!
