Likely so. I just found it out that a friend of mine who bought early this morning got it right away and mine was hung up yesterday. Ah well, just have to wait until Monday. Thanks for the help.

Okay, I've re-attempted a purchase and it says: This order has been queued for processing by customer service. You will receive an email within one business day, at which time you will be charged and your products delivered. I seem to remember that being the message that was there yesterday when I purchased. Sinking feeling I have that I'll end up double-charged, but hopefully sales will see this thread and just cancel out the one order.
I did use the same log-in, but perhaps that means my purchase didn't go through. A bit odd, but I'll try purchasing it again and if I get double-charged, I'll simply contact sales again. Thanks. :)
So, stupid me, I forgot to write down the purchase order number after buying a game yesterday. Still no serial number after the 24 hours, although a friend of mine purchased the same game (Academagia) this morning and has it in his games list. The strange thing is, when I log in, the game is sitting in my cart. But I know I purchased it yesterday.
