I am having trouble and need your help. On my taskbar, the items on the right side (circled in red) are not responsive to mouse clicks. I cannot expand the items using the up arrow, nor can I access the notification.

I am on Windows 11 and have Fences 4.21 (although Object Desktop says to upgrade, no upgrade is available). Meanwhile, I have my icons on the desktop becoming blank. I am unsure what triggers this, but it happens many times a day. If I right-click the desktop and then press Refresh on the sub-menu, the icons repair themselves and return to the proper display. This is annoying and is happening regularly. Does it indicate a bigger issue with the installation?
I have the same problem - cannot drag an icon (shortcut) off the desktop into a fence. it snaps back to the location on the desktop.
I have also done that. thanks. most other windows appear normal, I thought it might be a Fences issue. covered both bases.
After upgrading to the new Win10 insider update (21318) the text on the desktop has become nearly unreadable. text in other windows appears properly. rolling back to the previous build (21296) solved the problem. it appears to be with Fences. [ the same issue occurred with build 21301, which was also rolled back] This issue must be something with the compatibility or video drivers between Fences and the new Windows builds. I trust (hope) your engineers are
I would like to be able to create a fence that is not a simple rectangle. i would like to have a fence kind of warp around a desktop element. Something like below (excuse rough graphic). ---------------- | | | | | &nbs
Upgraded to Build 14942.rs_prerelease and fences are working properly.
Funny, but not really helpful.
Same problem. i reverted back to previous Windows build (14931) and works. I'll standby to see how this is addressed by Stardock by monitoring this string.

Is it possible to have the icons within a fence scroll by using the wheel on a mouse as can be done with other windows when the cursor is within the fence? I have several fences and the layout is set up for use on my laptop when connected to a large external monitor. when I am using the laptop without the monitor the icons rearrange to fit the smaller screen real estate (very cool) however that causes the icons within a fence to overflow and a scroll bar appears on the rig
I have Fences installed on several machines (2.12). I would like to use the same configuration on all of the machines. Is there a way to transfer the configuration file for one machine (to act as 'master)' to all of the others so that they will all have the same fences configuration? if so, how is this done? how can they then be kept in sync? can the configuration file be shared in a common location?
