Transfer (copy) Fences configuration between machines

I have Fences installed on several machines (2.12).  I would like to use the same configuration on all of the machines.  Is there a way to transfer the configuration file for one machine (to act as 'master)' to all of the others so that they will all have the same fences configuration?  if so, how is this done? how can they then be kept in sync?  can the configuration file be shared in a common location?

You might be able to do it, somehow, by transfering the latest backed up layout from

"c:\Users\your user\AppData\Roaming\Stardock\Fences\Backups\"

But how to share it between all machines would be tricky - at least in an automated way.
