Windows 7 32 bit, not quite sure what build.

As you can see in the picture below, maybe not too clear. But there is a line of blur, along every side of any window i have. This is not on All skins, but only on those who do not use the standard aero window borders and such. Now the problem may be because i used to use visual styles, and so i did the uxtheme patches and replaced explorer.exe, dll's. the whole deal. SO. (since i had all the original files of those) I replaced the patched/edited versions of the files, with the o
