Thanks for the input. Yes, selecting "always use live folders from Flash Live (or Delta)" works for other themes, but it IS only a workaround. One last minor bug, 4k display truncates the themes labels within IP (system-recommended settings

> Okay, so its has nothing to do with "FolderThumbnailFix", now I wonder you include that in your post. because it shows IP is directly affecting a 3rd_party app. I followed your uninstall/re-install instructions, same problem. Oddly, the "flash live" & "delta" skins work
Ignoring the patch issue, my main point is that iconpackager breaks DEFAULT windows when any theme is applied, folder thumbnails simply disappear
Latest iconpackager, win 11 home (up to date), installing iconpackager and doing nothing else only allows half height folder thumbnail previews (windows default), and breaks the full-height patch at https://lesferch.github.io/FolderThumbnailFix/ Applying ANY iconpackager theme instantly breaks folder thumbnails completely, they simply show a generic "blank" (themed) folder icon
You are trying to activate Fences 3 with your Fences 2 key - that wont work. Use your OD key.
Ahhh thank you, perhaps that could be made a little clearer in a users' details somewhere?
Wait, why did you installed version 2.13 instead of version 3.0.9.11. Which is the latest version?
Because the secondary download (the one that starts after you run the installer stub you download) kept failing for 3.x. After "upgrading" to 3.0.9.11 the spacing and small font issues are resolved, but I now only have a 30-day trial of Fences 3, and when my keys are emailed to me I only get a key for 2.x? I BOUGHT 3.x
Now why oh why didn't I listen to my head and NOT take your advice? I followed the purge instructions exactly, and even made manual backups of the stardock user folder and registry key, reinstalled and it's a MESS. It has retained my fences (& no longer brings up the option screen on startup), but...I'm now on 2.13 when I was on 3 before, the settings-window's font is miniscule at 4k, and I can barely distinguish the individual snapshot images: <a href="https://i.imgur.com/hJLOOh4

I am getting the request to update Fences every single day. Win 10 Pro, Winver 15063.413, installed Fences version 3.0.5.12, Object Desktop manager installed.
It's not a seamless merge of the new MS start button & start8's alternative, can wed have the option of 1 or the other ? There are various apps that will run on startup to kill the MS Start button, but that's a clumsy fix
There is no way tpo sort as you desire at the moment. I will alert the developers of your request for future evaluation. Are you trying to exclude icons in or out of a fence?
Hmmm, I won't be buying 2.01 until it behaves like Windows (i.e. column-sorting, not rows) I'm afraid :( I often exclude icons both inside & outside a fence with 1.01, but there simply IS no context-menu item to d
http://i.imgur.com/l658pkz.png Is there no way to treat a fence as 3 or 4 VERTICAL columns of icons (as windows does by default)? There's too much empty space because Fences is sorting them by date (as I want) but it's a horizontal rule, not a vertical? Also, "exlude this icon when hiding" is not available, it's simply not there, although icons I excluded using fences 1.01 DO stay visible when hide desktop icons i

That's where the fence label should be, BUT I have "show labels" set to "never" in fences - customize? So why is space still being reserved for a non-existent label? Also, notice the 3 icons to the right of the fence? Icons within the fence don't seem to be aligned with all the rest of my desktop icons, or the vertical spacing in
